Cilantro Lime Rice
This is a delicious side dish with Mexican food best served with enchiladas, black beans, and Mexican Cesar salad. Tastes greet in a burrito with your other favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

lime
juiced, can use zest also
Instructions
Mix juice, melted butter, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl
Place rice in cooking pot or rice cooker with olive oil
Coat the rice with oil
Pour cilantro mixture into rice and mix well
Add salt water according to your cooking pot or rice cooker
Cook rice le you would normally cook rice
Notes
Make it a complete meal by serving with grilled marinated chicken!
